The International Certification Accreditation Board (ICAB) is a independent global nonprofit organization whose mission is to serve the public good by ensuring quality, credible professional credentialing programs and procedures.

ICAB is governed by a Board of Regents comprised of international representatives of accredited Member Organizations as well as Public Members overseeing and ensuring the rights of the general population, government and the military. Assisting and advising the Regents are boards of Associate Member organizations, and Individual Members knowledgeable in matters relating to professional certification, registration, accreditation and licensure.
